The burning question in my mind is will Soraa's new super efficient LED lightbulb put an an end to BLG's aspirations, or will the fact that its made out of 100% IGaN only strengthen the value of its IP if only to a single customer!
They seem to have found a super cheap way to make the GaN substrate , but could it be done cheaper using the BLG process?
