Is there any merit in The Star taking over CWN if they can satisfy regulator concerns.
The Star's partners have the cash! (and have regulator approval)
Although the Star has a big capex in NSW/QLD as well at the moment, they could probably get finance from Hong Kong partners/investors imo.
Wouldnt that be Ironic! Star/Echo takes over Crown.
The Star has better geographically positioned properties to Asia than Crown imo
Any thoughts?
