    While all attention is on Arrow and the bid is low ball atm, wouldn't it be an opportunistic move for Santos to bid for ESG now and close the deal before the Arrow deal is finalised for a higher figure?
    That way their successful bid price could be lower, than waiting for a final T/O reached between Shell and Arrow.
