from my experience across numerous forums over many years I have observed that the most successful pumpers and downrampers are subject matter experts who talk in highly technical terms (in the case of mining ,geo experts) and can put a spin whichever way the person hiring them wants.These types can be very convincing .there can be a positive or negative spin put on any data. How do you think the corporate world constantly hits and sets their KPIs.It is quite inconceivable to think that these people who do not hold or wish to buy are just interested parties acting out of the goodness of their heart to warn others !.
