2.9 b lease payment in 2067 how ,who ,why would you even try and guess a lease payment in 55 years in the technology sector.
my only opinion is i believe tls has done a good deal with conroy,a 'pink bats' deal just on a larger scale even under black mail threats.
And with all the control,lawyers,time conroy still appears to have left a loop hole in the cherry picking regulation for tpg which now tpg will probably have to be compensated for. .
