    Hi,
    My bet is no and no.
    The policy was a political soundbite, with much less revenue than Bowen thought, that he was too stubborn to reverse.
    More likely to concentrate on tax free status of post 60 super, if the libs don't beat them to the punch.
    Easy to structure this so that the vast majority of punters aren't hit.
    Probably target concessional treatment of post 1.6 mill cap income as well
    Easy money ,with little political downside , for whatever side goes for this approach.
