Hmmm. Not really sure ... big rally today breaking through that sideways trend -- lots of resistance here from the April and May highs. Must admit that macro look of the incredibly bubbly looking DOW, SP 500 and DAX continues to have me concerned but this rally just keeps on going. So does the ASX fall back from its run to 6000 (again) or carry on through. Plenty of potential headwinds for our economy with housing looking like it will finally correct and imagine it will take the banks, builder and retailers with it. On the other hand commodities have been getting a bid which is positive for the economy. I remain concerned about the US markets which look toppy -- but I have thought that before.
