as for afgha guys,
allco's gross assets are about $1.25bn
total debt including notes is about $1.bn
if note holders are to get back $10 per note, then asset sales must be at least $685m or 55% of book value
so basically if allco is liquidated for at least 50% of book value, note holders will still get 10c in the dollar.
