Just heard reports of KFC in Sydney trailing beer and cider. Will Collins adapt this if successful and what upsides/downsides could be expected.
Also a side note I noticed for the first time the other day I went into shopping centre and noticed they had a post mix system for drinks (in WA) I know the margins on post mix are much better. Is this being changed at all KFC's?
