    Even if there's a correction, let alone a "burst", the rich swoop in and grab a bargain, and the same old tale repeats itself, the rich get richer. Timing is everything, unless forced to sell due to circumstance, there has never been a bad time to buy property in the past 100 years, even the worst of timing, you only had to hold for 10 years to make a profit. The GFC, .com bubble, coronavirus, wars, 18% interest rate..... whilst tough times and some hardship, were/are all just opportunities. I do feel sorry for people trying to get into the market, but it is what it is.... maybe throw all your money into stocks and try to "win a house" that way.
