A friend of mine just recently bought close by but it's in need of work. He has trade mates and could even do partial contra
deals maybe.
Better inner suburb I think than where he is currently renting.
He now will be close to many decent hospitals and schools etc. in the City of Stonnington which is an area @MasterStrategist would know I think.
It upset me to hear that a broker did the wrong thing by him and he does look at the share market but won't touch it.
I have even shown charts to him. Terrific caring guy.
I've told him old farts can be fun at house warmings. LOL
