    I am beginning to think that it is too late for the bubble to burst.

    Yes prices are far beyond normal average increase and for a number of reasons there is still a pressure of buyers in the market

    Home prices in the USA are up 25% to 36% which is another bubble although they have been lower than normal since the GFC

    IMHO it is the beginning of hyperinflation which is driving the prices up and once started that will not end until the inevitable explosion, ---- IE our money is becoming worthless !

    Cash is no longer "king" it is a toxic commodity to be turned into another sort of asset before it is no better than toilet paper

    Time will tell if my assumption is correct
