All the money pumped into the global system has propped up the stock and property market.
I think there is still some room for property to rise... but I would like to see the authorities remove some steam out so that it does not overheat.
The danger is bot only local, the Chinese real estate sector has a systematic debt problem that is quite hard to solve an can cause contagion down under.
