Today, there aren't many houses for sale in the US & Australia.. Demand is high. The price of raw materials & commodities are mooning. High inflation is to stay. When the Fed & RBA raise rate soon, lot's of looneys think property will collapse... in fact it will create money rotation flowing out from the over priced stock markets into hard assets housing & commodities....

The era of extreme inflation is coming... it starts from your local groceries stores....
