    I know, At least they had some kind of plan going into the last election to rein in prices. Its a shame they did not get voted in for this specific issue.

    I expect the next election will be focused on freedoms, human rights, no more lockdowns etc. I doubt many will consider house prices for the future generations.

    The only real hope is for One nation, united Australia party, or some smaller parties, or even the greens to gain some power. They would then have to put forward a plan once in power. Which doesn't seem to be on their agendas as far as i can tell.

    I struggle to see if any party truly cares about redirecting wealth from property and into other areas of the economy. The continual rise above inflation of house prices and this countries obsession with mortgage debt has to be stopped.

    Surely it can't go on much longer until young Australians become fed up.
