That's exactly it, I've been mentioning it to lots of people lately and literally everyone says yea but that won't happen here the government will always step in and won't let property crash, but all of those other countries where property has crashed in the past ( of which there are a lot) I'm sure they thought the same thing. Australia is good but It's not anything special, our economy is actually pretty far down the list for its economic diversity check out the OEC website it's a real eye opener to anyone who thinks we're the best country I the world, it's just been so good for so long everyone's brainwashed.
