Have been reading the same crap for over 20 years, crash blah blah. There have been many opportunities to enter the market during soft periods over the last 20 years in Sydney yet bears were relentless. Stop listening to the media and do your own research.
BUY when the media is all doom and gloom and properties are passing in.
NEVER sell unless you have to, or developing and re investing etc.
