I can't believe the value lift of some properties in the USA. I have friends in different states but one in Utah and I remember when she bought it years ago for a low price. She kept commenting that her property taxes were going sky high but I got a shock to see the value of her property now. I asked her if she thought it was a buble and she laughed and said nothing lasts forever.
