LSF's share buyback can be initiated if the SP is more than 10% below the NTA. As I write, the SP at $2.50 is approx 12% below the NTA. Each dollar spent on the buyback instantly adds 10 cents to profits.
If much of the selling in the local market atm is EOFY tax loss selling then the local market might bottom out sometime between now and next Thursday. I have no predictions for any of the other markets.
Expecting tomorrow's NTA announcement to be a little lower again, and then Friday's NTA announcement to be up by a few cents.
Couldn't resist buying back in again at these levels because hopefully the buyback will kick in and backstop any further steep declines.
Also, a director has been buying a substantial amount onmarket.
