not sure if it underwritten - but Post #: 3393820 mentions that it has been underwritten
but having a look through the reports, and watso cannot see the word "underwritten", but the term "lead manager" is used in relation to pattersons
guess that even at a sharp discount to the market at the time, that no one wanted to underwrite anything
could be a problem
