will the carbon tax increase groceries 10% ?

This anchor that’s been placed round Australia’s neck “THE CARBON TAX” rises 5% on July 1 and the whole 26% will apply to diesel fuel as of the same date.

Has anyone done the numbers on this? I have heard figures of upwards of 10 % being added to groceries and everything else across the board as the transport costs increase.
