No, because the party in general and much of its base, are climate change deniers - unfortunately.
Also, climate change will never be such a key issue in Australia that it will be a main driver in a party's direction - again, unfortunately. Change will be driven by the people and by industry. The government, no matter which party, will eventually be forced to adapt to the new reality.
