    The UN Green Climate Fund should have quite a bit of money in it to assist developing countries to combat climate change. The US are committing $3 billion to start off with. I am not sure how much the other G20 countries will kick in but it might be somewhere in the order of $15 b to $20 b in total.

    It is feasible that some of that money could end up funding CETO projects in countries requiring low emission power and freshwater.
