    5 MSC (last at .125 cents) will equal a $1 debenture.

    The directors of Minerals Corp want to convert the entire share registry, including converting shares, into $1 debentures attracting a 10.5% quarterly interest payment.

    But will they be tradeable??

    Anyone know??
