The holder of Partly Paid Shares: (a) must, at any time prior to the expiration of 13 months from the date of issue of the Partly Paid Shares; or (b) may, within 5 business days of an announcement of a takeover of the Company, at its sole and absolute discretion, elect to pay up all of the unpaid capital in respect of the Partly Paid Shares.
Failure by a holder of Partly Paid Shares to pay the unpaid portion within 13 months from the date of issue will result in the Shares in respect to which the call was made to be liable to forfeiture.
