The premise they are coming from is that after 2am people trying to get into a club are already intoxicated therefore they shouldn't be allowed in anyway.
However you can't label people this way.
Drunk people will create havoc no matter what time they come out of clubs.
You can't force them to go home.
How would the kebab shops survive if people had to buy them sober?
