clearly a +/- 10% adds HUGE value, as you well know, for one bank funding feasability for a power plant... yes we already know it works, but this with show just how good it is.

if there was a partner already in the wings, which hadnt yet signed, ARUP would also clearly make this happen - in realistic terms a JV partner would already NOW know ESI's tech and not need ARUP (results are probably already out but need to be prepared ofr presentation I's and T's as some posters say)
