    Personally I think the Labor backing independents have a vested interested in keeping Julia there for 3 years. Wilkie especially due to his narrow win.

    These guys are in this to hang around and although they made a choice that would probably loose then an election now they feel that their best chance of re-election is with Julia.

    However that fickle finger of fete can turn on you, can't it?

    Just say a Labor MP resigns or dies and there is a bye election?

    or just say there is a bye election and the Libs romp home?

    Any way you look at it Green voters will revert back to labor anyway.

    Also if Julia's pathetic attempt at minority government becomes unworkable due to voter disaffection there will be an election.

    This is a political mess and Julia's slap bang in the middle. One false move or just bad luck and she's history.

    Again all Tony and his brutal mob have to do is wait until the voters get a mouthful of real socialism.

    Only an election will remove the taste.
