Hi Eagle,

You make a fair point about Christensen - he is deluding himself if he thinks he's relevant - he'd be better off going to a gym instead of defecting from the Liberal party.

As for Bernardi - I'm not so sure. His 'Australian Conservative movement' has signed up 50,000 people so there is a demonstrable support base there that the Liberal left should be careful to avoid alienating. + the 50,000 is probably a tip of the iceberg as most people are apathetic about doing anything when it comes to politics even if their views are firmly held.
