At 26/2/16, 10,291,575 Loyalty Options were yet to be exercised, valued at $2.572M.

At 4/2/16, the ASX was advised that both Rowley and Hackett would each be taking up their entitlements, being 773,494 for Rowley (per ASX/R 27/1/16) and 2,048,100 for Hackett (per ASX/R 14/1/16). If, between 26/2/16 and today, no-one else has exercised, then BP's entitlement could well reach 7,469,981 or $1.867M on a maximum risk exposure basis. Determination of BP's exposure however will not finally be determined until tomorrow given that existing holders had until today (presumably till close of today /overnight in which to exercise and remit the funds, etc - both processes by electronic means, etc).
