kingferrous - I think the issue is that people are now realising that the SPP is necessary to raise funds to pay off the $260K settlement of the law suit involving the WA licensee from August 2009 - which coincidentally falls due at the end of November, about the time that the funds from the SPP will be available.

Given that there was just $200K in the bank at the end of September and cash flow had gone backwards for that quarter, it means raise funds now or fall into the red.

So is the SPP for working capital as stated by the company or to keep their heads above water for a little bit longer??
