May be a little old, but a different view point re what may happen to Robert Gardners purchase of Norlisk nickel mine.

"Dragon Mountain Gold (ASXMG) is trading at 1.7c, holds $4.7 million cash within a $4.5 million cap and is reviewing new assets to acquire...

    Proactive Investors mentioned it yesterday:

But Bull Equities digs much deeper than Proactive Investors!

The strong chart over the past few months that keeps making new yearly highs hints that things are warming up behind the scenes.

Head of DMG is a serious global player in metals and mining  - Robert Gardner, a successful and very wealthy prospector of the Mark Creasy ilk.

If you've heard of Wingstsar Investments, that's Robert Gardner.

Robert Gardner just bought, personally, the majority of Norilsk Nickel's Australian nickel-cobalt portfolio - Norilsk Nickel is the biggest nickel producer on the planet.

    From Reuters Africa:

This transaction was inked exactly 1 month ago to the day, on 21st May... check out the date of DMG's biggest volume spike in the last 2 years - just 5 days later on May 26th.

That's an interesting coincidence, if you ask us!

Robert Gardner/DMG have been looking for a flagship asset to buy with their cash pile for 2 years since the sale of its Lixian gold project in China for $151 million.

After this sale, DMG gave the majority of the proceeds to shareholders via a capital return of $150 million, but left enough capital to acquire another legitimate resource project.

The theory is that Robert now plans to backdoor list Norilsk's WA nickel assets into DMG - Robert has 100% control of Wingstar Investments, and holds 51 million shares in DMG, and is Executive Chairman.

There is no way Norilsk would have accepted shares in DMG as consideration for their massive nickel deposits and processing facilities at Cawse and Avalon, they wanted cash - Robert/Wingstar had the cash and bought the assets.

Now Wingstar can simply accept X number of DMG shares as consideration for the nickel assets.

CZI went beserk on the acquisition of BHP's Nebo-Babel nickel assets at a good price.

DMG would no doubt get Norilsk's nickel assets from Wingstar at a good price also, seeing as Robert Gardener holds 51 million DMG shares, and backdoor listing the assets is the best way to monetise his investment."
