    Think I'll persist with this one but happy to hear alternatives or why a mgmt with a good track record shouldn't be able to do something with $4.5M at an mc of $3.6M...

    The only negative one could put forward atm is that it's taking a while for them to source a project; and yet we know that is always an issue with shells. You either choose to wait it out for payday or you avoid shell style investments.
