Public servants ar epretty much sheilded form the effects of the voice, but reduce their salary package and job secuirty to private enterprise level and it might be a different tune.
They won't be able to hide behind the arrogant "I have a (purile) tertiary qualfication, so YES is right" attitude and they won't salary sacrifice their way into a investment rental portfolio so easy either. They will be under equity competition for their jobs by the same aboriginals they want to paternalise.
