CMR management & directors have made one stuff-up after another. They have proven themselves to be incompetent.
Oxide plant costs have risen from $68M to $175M with 1 year delay. Directors & management dont seem to really care either as long as they suck money out in over generous salaries & stock options they are happy.
Only resource size saves this company.
