how many of the assets are outside of the old ussr? are SLA products patented in the USA, Australia, Asia and Europe? are there any trials underway in any of these jurisdictions?
IMHO IF this stuff is any good and starts selling in Russia the government mafia will get heavily involved (price controls, taxes, bribes which are notorius throughout the country). Look at the Russian vodka, alcohol market which is riddled with massive corruption. NPR recently did a program on rumors of nationalization of alcohol production (just like with oil).
Country risk is over the moon here. Remember Geo2, they set up a metals refinery in South China in 1999-2000 (first majority owned JV allowed in China) and as soon as the plant was up and running the local mafia/ government confiscated metal production and then bought assets back for pennies on the dollar and put Geo2 into bankrupcty. Head office was also in Melbourne.
