The Australian Securities and Investment Commission (ASIC) has moved to freeze the assets of ABC Learning founder Eddie Groves.
The child care provider was placed in administration last year with a number of centres across the country forced to close.
An ASIC spokeswoman says the regulator made an application to the Federal Court in Sydney, with the case to be heard early next week
