I agree Lyzaqu this is the rational and logical way to look at it, unfortunately the market is a very irrational beast so it wouldn't surprise me to see it pull back closer to the offer price but I would expect it to bounce back reasonably quickly. If your in for the long haul it doesn't matter and better to buy the offer to help the company increase the capacity which we all benefit from, than to try and buy the dip which is no help to the company and your only hurting yourself by not taking up the offer.
