As Chairman, NC's 16% of Forge was bought/issued at 20 Cents per Share, and cost him 800 Thousand dollars, He then made a decision/proposal as CEO of Lynas to sell to Forge solely.
Forge shares jumped to One Dollar twenty cents - (his 16% of shares then worth 4,800,00 Dollars) a 500 Percent paper profit.
Is this insider trading, as he knew what was ahead for Forge in advance?.
