Spot on. That is what I meant by not much of an upward movement. NC wishes to sit in Billioanires club overnight. As pointed out his current holdings are not enough to do that.
Are the incentive options accrued or to be issued when he meets targets?
Twiggy did not sell bulk of his shares in FMG. Kept on diluting to finance operations and still effectively controls the company.
Likewise, NC would have become a billionaire and in effective control of the company if he had not sold his shares in LYC and kept holding them right from the start. Unfortunately he is an investment banker not an investor. So he played the frog jumps resulting in his not getting there.
Now suddenly he wishes to become the billionaire hence resorting to the present shady deals.
