It seems to me the share price fell before the trading halt as some big players got insider knowledge of the deal that was going to be offered (ie 1:1 @ 40c) and decided to dump half their GMG holding to buy it back @40c. If this was the case we shouldn't see a further decline after the cap raise. Thats just my speculation.
