wilbur, they were purchased by an investor for $1, not scabbed by scum Broker for 10-15% discount that proceeds to dump on market for 5% week after week, month after month as with many penny Explorers. I do agree to wait for buying under $1 though, as crazy as it is, she's dropped below a few days so far..
