People rarely think in percentage terms and can't cope with the large figures to work a percentage out in their heads. $30 million as a proportion of $8 billion = .38% (so less than even half of one percent was represented by this capital raising as a proportion of the total value of the company). Sheesh. As you say, next to nothing, and hence not comparable with the typical raising of other companies who may, indeed, see their share prices go downwards towards the issue price of the SPP. Hence, Launched is somewhat stoopid.
