Is it wrong for companies to make a profit?

Whilst saying 1 Billion or 1.5 Billion profit does sound like we are being ripped off and paying through the noses. If you break down the figures they haven't really profited that much.

1.5Bill between 25.7mill (Aus population) is only $58 per person
1.0Bill between 25.7mill is only $39 per person.

Over the course of a year both companies combined make less than $100 profit from every person in Oz.
