agreed, quantas staff are rude and their incompetence is shocking. While sending off my parents at Adelaide airport, I was told by some quantas 'wanna be big shot' groundstaff woman at the airport that I was not allowed to stand in queue with them as I was not a passenger although there was hardly anyone around and most queues were empty. I told her that she clearly was being over zealous and walked off, shortly after I had the AFP telling me she made a complaint about me.
Shocking.
