Hi Elm7 -- I hear and see what you are saying -- but I look at the GOLD price at this Date/Time grouping and see that gold is getting killed.

It is now down to USD 920 as I write this.

Conclusion: Gold is not a good place to put your safe-haven savings --- or --- this is a desparate act by some who do not will benefit on gold's suppression.!.!

Hmmm, China is planning to buy USD80 billion in gold to add to its reserve......maybe both the US and China desire a cheaper gold price at this time??

Wonder where this will end up...
