You are correct. Tony Abbott knew he did not have a friendly media.
He fell into a trap of his own stupidity. What happened is, he thought he was "Houdini" and make all Labor's mess disappear.
Gee he belted Labor about lies as opposition leader.
What else would he get in return.
I think the Coalition supporters have to accept, he done the hard yards, but was unable to "walk the walk".
The Coalition have to relate to the voting public, and Tony will never be the voice to do that. Not now, not ever!
Labor were voted out. Now the State and Federal Coalition have to understand they need voters support to stay.
