Shagang does not care very much about the share price, neither do the directors, they have no skin in the game beside the CEO a couple of shares.
They also do not care how profitable the company is, they care if their supply is steady and the price reasonable.
Southdown is no priority, there is no other companies interested at all, the data room has been open for 15 years, everybody had a look at the project and no interest at all. even Sojiz wanted out now, kind of shagang to get them out, throw some more good money after bad...I think we are now at more then 150 mio invested in this project.
A buyback they will never do that, only will cost the company money, been asked many times...they do not care about the shareprice.
Ask them why no broker is following this company....brokers already find out 10 years ago the company do not care about shareholders.
Just be happy with maybe some small div, and hopefully price stays at these levels.
I see a bigger chance on lower prices then higher.

Brokers aren't interested in GRR simply because they can't acquire enough shares to control the price. Brokers are in the business of generating commission. There's a few market makers in action which provides some liquidity, but other than that there's hardly any trading action.
