My fear is that if they cannot get anyone (buyers) interested in the current business/economic climate, Highland Park and other substantial holders will just sit on it for a couple of years and wait out this economic storm. This may result in a better deal for the company in the long run but the sharprice will probably slowly erode away further over that time because us poor retail investors will be the last to know of their plans and be strung along over that time. Not to mention potential cap raisings required to ride out the storm.
Hopefully i am completely wrong and a partner is ready to sign on the dotted line as i am typing this, fingers crossed!!
