Hi Mercury, its fortunate then that I wasn't trying to do a comparison to other projects, though it seems others were wanting to. I was simply trying to determine why they needed such a high level of funding for a $30m project.

When you get any loan you state the cost of the item being purchased or the amount you need to spend. I dont buy a property for 300k and get a loan for 300k plus 20yrs of interest. In WKT case I would assume the money will earn interest as well as being used to pay the interest while not detracting from the spending purse. Or they borrow from a kitty and only pay on the money outstanding like an Equity (pun intended) account.. I dont remember WKT ever saying that they would only be borrowing 27mill, only that the figure was the projected CAPEX of mine build. I could be wrong though - it happens when you are human....apparently.
